Unpretentiously beautiful: unwind in the green heart of France

A crackling gravel driveway, horse fences in the same white of the stone, lime-white castle walls, and lush greenery everywhere in between: welcome to Château d'Embourg. Our dreamy estate, nestled between meadows and forests in Souvigny.

14 hectares of land belong to our microcosm, enclosed by a historic castle wall. On the one hand, the perfect oasis to slow down and relax, on the other hand a postcard idyll for outdoor enthusiasts – and paradise for all those who are looking for a very special vacation.

Grand Gîte

The name already reveals: It is our largest vacation home. Designed for 13 people in six rooms, one of which is completely wheelchair friendly (including its own entrance and bathroom).

Each house stands out from the rest in its own style. Discover the individual gems, each offering space for at least four people.

Our second-largest cottage with room for at least eight people. Just the entrance is a bit exposed – but you will be surprised to find out what is hidden behind it.

Château

This is where 20 people spend the night like royalty! We offer two appartements with ten bedrooms. The appartements are spread over three floors and therefore provides, despite the immense size, privacy for each guest.

Orangerie

The banquet hall holds a good 100 guests and can be cleared for any kind of classes. It is cool in the summer and heated in the winter.

Here is the main entrance to our property. For larger vehicles / vans, we have a more spacious entry a few meters further back.

Horse stable and pastures

It all started with the smallest member of the herd, who has been given to us along with the castle. In the meantime, he and his three taller fellows keep the lady of the castle busy.

Your perfect vacation

With us, time moves a little slower: you will find a symbiosis between conviviality and relaxation, between country-style cottages and a majestic castle, that is the focal point of the estate, but never takes away from anyone's show. The pool is an invitation to swim, the Jacuzzi is available day and night, the covered ping-pong table allows a duel even on rainy days and our volleyball court brings guests together for a game.
